What we build
A sign is rarely just a printed surface. Size, visibility, structure, lighting, code, mounting conditions, landlord criteria, and future service all affect what belongs on the property.

Not sure where to start?
You do not need a finished specification. Give us what you know, and we can help identify what still needs to be measured, approved, designed, permitted, fabricated, or installed.
The building, municipality, frontage, wall type, and landlord requirements all begin with the jobsite.
Tell us whether the sign needs to identify, advertise, direct, comply with code, replace something, or solve a visibility problem.
Opening dates and lease milestones matter. Permit-dependent work follows a different schedule than panels, vinyl, or interior signs.
A useful range helps us recommend materials and sign types that fit the project instead of designing the wrong solution first.
Why S2
Sign work sits at the intersection of design, materials, structure, lighting, electrical access, municipal code, landlord criteria, field conditions, and installation equipment. S2 brings those pieces together so the recommendation works on the actual building—not only in a drawing.
Some projects are straightforward. Others need a custom cabinet, unusual mounting system, color-matched finish, new electrical components, permit drawings, or a repair strategy that preserves the sign already in place. The process changes with the project; the standard does not.
Real S2 work
These are completed S2 projects—not stock sign photography. More product categories and full project stories will be added as the site’s portfolio is organized.
Service area
Loveland and Northern Colorado are S2’s home market. We also serve businesses and commercial properties in the Denver metro area and Colorado Springs when the project, schedule, and field requirements fit. Project-specific travel, permitting, and installation conditions are reviewed before a commitment is made.
