The construction, architectural, and manufacturing industries have adopted ACM as a go-to material because it is inexpensive, looks amazing and is long-lasting.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”How Long Do ACM Signs Last?”]ACM Signs will last for about 5-7 years or even longer. The longevity of the sign material isn’t usually the issue with these type of signs though. Usually the vinyl decoration on the face is what dictates the lifespan of the panel.
For the money – ACM signs are your best bet for longevity. Only to Standard Aluminum Signs last longer but at a higher price point.
[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”How Are ACM Signs Made?”]ACM Signs are usually very basic and don’t take us long to make.
The ACM gets delivered to our shop in either a 4’x8′ sheet or a 5’x10′ sheet. We take that sheet and process it down to size using a panel saw, track saw, or CNC router table – depending on the desired shape and size of the finished panel.
Once the panel has been cut to size we then apply the graphics that are made on a vinyl plotter or digital printer.
Edges on aluminum composite signs do not need to be treated because they are already impervious to moisture and pests.
[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”How Much Does an ACM Sign Cost?”]Prices on ACM Signs are on a sliding scale depending on how many square feet your sign is designed to be. We also factor in corner treatments, single vs. double-sided and what type of graphics are going to be used to decorate the panel.
On average, for smaller signs, we charge about $30.00 per square foot. That price drops to $15.00 per foot for our larger sizes.

There are so many uses for ACM signage – some include: Parking Signs, Main Identification Signs, Warehouse Signs, Construction Signs, Wayfinding Signs, POP Displays and more.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”What Are Some Standard Uses For ACM Signs?”]ACM Signs are used as Parking Signs, POP Displays, Event Signs, Sandwich Board Faces, H-Frame Sign Inserts, Wayfinding and Directional Signs, Real Estate Listing Signs and thousands of other applications.
The only thing we don’t recommend an ACM sign for is for use between two poles without some type of reinforcement. For smaller signs this method of installation is okay but for larger size panels the wind pressure will cause these signs to fail unless properly supported.
[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”What Are Common Sizes For ACM Signs?”]There really isn’t a common size for any type of sign. Aluminum Composite is no exception.
With that said most customer choose to go with panels that are: 2’x4′, 4’x4′, 4’x6′ and 4’x8′ pretty often.
ACM Signs are billed by the square foot and each one is custom made so choose a size that work best for your needs – not one that is “common”.
[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”How Big Can You Make ACM Signs?”]The ACM Sheets that we purchase comes in sizes of up to 5′ x 10′ but there isn’t really a limit on how big your new sign can be – as long as you don’t mind seams in your sign.
For seamless ACM Signs the maximum size is 4′ x 10. For seamed ACM Signs there is no size limit.
