What Kind of Signs Do You Fix?

We perform all types of Electrical Sign Repair!

We repair Channel Letters, Light Box (Cabinet) Signs, Halo Channel Letters, Pole Signs, Monument Signs, Neon Signs, LED Signs, LED Message Centers, Blade Signs, and any other kind of electrical sign out there.

We even fix signs made by other manufacturers.

How Fast is Your Response Time?

We make it a point to get to your location within 5 days of placing an order for repair, although, we often arrive onsite in as little as 2-3 days after an order is placed.

How Much Does It Cost For Sign Repair?

It is almost impossible to know what your total bill will be without showing up and diagnosing your problem first.

Our hourly rate for our truck is $98.00 per hour. Parts are billed separately.

All work is billed at a minimum of one hour and then billed in half hour increments thereafter.

Do You Offer Free Estimates?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide free estimates for any type of sign repair services. The process of diagnosing a problem takes time and we cannot provide the service free of charge.

Most of our commercial customers will provide us with an amount that they are comfortable spending to repair a sign and ask us not to exceed (NTE) that amount without prior authorization.

Most Sign Repairs can be handled in one trip with an NTE of $400.00. Actual figures can be above/below that number.

When you give us an NTE will will not go over that amount without your approval, nor will we automatically charge the full NTE amount automatically if the repair costs do not total up to the agreed upon NTE.

Diagnosis of any sign is charged at our hourly rate of $98.00 per hour with payment for the first hour due up front prior to dispatch for new customers. The remainder is due upon the completion of the work.

We do offer billing terms for customers who wish to open an account with us. Please see ‘Billing Terms’ below for more information about getting setup on terms.

Do You Provide a Warranty?

Yes. All of our Sign Repair service will come with a warranty on the parts we install in your sign for a period of one year for fluorescent lamps and ballasts and three years for LED components.

We do not warranty any neon repairs.

Do You Offer Billing Terms?

Yes, we offer NET 30 billing terms and monthly statements to all of our corporate accounts. Other terms are available by request.

First time customers are required to pay for the first hour up-front via credit card and asked to pay for the remainder of the bill upon completion of the repairs via credit card or check.

Do You Have 24/7 Emergency Service?

Yes, we do offer 24/7 emergency service. Please call 303-484-1443 for immediate service.

Are You Licensed and Insured?

Yes. We are licensed and insured to perform this type of work in the State of Colorado. Please email us by clicking here, or filling out the form at the bottom of this page to request insurance documents.

We carry $1M/$2M GL insurance, Umbrella Insurance, Commercial Auto and Worker’s Compensation insurance.

“Additionally Insured” COI certificates are available by request.

What Kind of Access Do You Need to My Business?

For all types of sign repair we may or may not need access to your breaker panel to service the sign. We cannot know ahead of time without visiting your site first.

Many different types of automated control systems run signage. Sometimes we can fix your signage before/after hours to minimize impact on your parking and customers.

On our first visit to your site we will show up during normal business hours to ensure that we can get access to the necessary controls to safely assess the circuits responsible for your signage.

Once we know how your site-specific controls work you may not need to be present to have us repair your signs in the future.

Do You Have To Special Order Parts?

Most of the time we have the parts needed to repair your sign on our trucks.

Rarely, we may have to special order a part and return on a second trip for installation but this occurrence is very uncommon.

If a neon unit is cracked, leaking or broken we will require a second trip to complete the repair.

Can You Fix My Sign in One Trip?

Yes, we can usually repair your electric sign(s) in just one trip.

We keep all of the parts needed to repair most signs on all of our trucks including repair parts for Fluorescent, MH, Neon and LED lighting.

Will Your Work Interfere With My Customers?

The trucks that we dispatch to repair signage are standard size bucket trucks and can fit into standard size parking spaces. Special arrangements may need to be made if your sign requires a crane truck to gain access to the signage.

We aim to minimize the impact that we have on your customers and do everything in our power to make sure we arrive during non-peak hours for your business when possible.
